Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us on +1 (856) 693-6000 or email us at haddonrugs@gmail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay using your debit card, credit card through our secure payment gateway. You can also pay us via PayPal.
Do you offer EMI or installment option for payment?
No. At the moment, there is no installment or EMI option available.
Order Cancellation
How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?
Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. Please get in touch with us at haddonrugs@gmail.com
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.
Return/ Refund and Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
Any item delivered outside United States is not eligible for return and refund.
Only exchange of product is available within 15 days of item receipt with below conditions:
- Buyer has to make selection of exchange product/products (Of similar or more value)
- Buyer has to self- ship original product in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse or we may arrange the shipping on buyer's request. In both these cases shipping cost inclusive of all taxes and duties is to be borne by buyer.
- Once the original product is received at our warehouse, it will go through quality check.
- After the quality check we will require the balance payment if any. Once the balance payment is done, we will dispatch the new selection at your location (New product shipping cost will be taken care by Jaipur rugs)
- For the new selected product:
- For custom orders, exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
- Any item delivered outside India is not eligible for return and refund.
- Only exchange of product is available within 15 days of item receipt with exchange conditions as mentioned above.

Do you make customized rugs?

Rug Quality
Do the rugs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every rug comes with a 6 months or 24 months warranty. To know more, check our warranty policyhere.
What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way, or just not the item I ordered?
Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, atshop@jaipurrugs.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
Are true colors shown on your website for rug images?
Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image. You can reach us at haddonrugs@gmail.com for inquiring about more images.
